  • You want to avoid account-security mistakes before confirming delivery.

  • You received incorrect access, missing details, or pressure to confirm early.

How to buy an account safely

  1. Before you pay, verify the listing details.

    • Confirm platform/region and any required account details match what you need.

    • Check the seller’s reputation and delivery speed.

    • Be ready for verification requirements (accounts and higher-risk activity may require it).

  2. After purchase, keep everything on igitems.

    • Use the order chat for all instructions and evidence.

    • Do not move delivery to Discord/WhatsApp/email. Off-platform communications may not be considered in disputes and forfeit the igitems guarantee.

  3. Verify the account matches the offer before confirming delivery.

    • Check key attributes promised in the listing (level/items/skins/rank/resources, etc.). Open a dispute if you find any discrepancy.

    • Confirm you can log in successfully and access the correct account.

  4. Secure ownership and access.

    • Ensure you received the access level promised (including email access where applicable).

    • Change passwords and recovery/security details where possible so you have full control.

    • Keep the seller in the loop in the order chat if you need help securing the account.

  5. Confirm delivery only when everything is complete.

    • Do not confirm delivery until you have the exact account and full control.

    • If anything is missing or incorrect, open a dispute from the order page.
