Use service requests when you want a boosting/leveling service tailored to your needs. You describe what you want first, then sellers respond with offers you can compare and purchase.

When this applies

  • You need a boosting/leveling service that isn’t listed as a ready-made offer.

  • You want multiple sellers to quote your request so you can compare options.

  • You want an order created only after you pick an offer and pay.

How service requests work

  1. Choose the service type for your game. If none fit, choose Custom Request and describe it.

  2. Submit your request with the details sellers need (examples: trophies, ranks, levels, resources). More detail usually means more accurate offers.

  3. Receive offers from sellers who provide that service. You can review and compare them.

  4. Optional: discuss details with a seller before you decide, so the offer matches your request.

  5. Select the offer you want and pay. igitems creates an order automatically after payment.

  6. Service delivery happens through the order. Confirm completion only after the full service is delivered.

  7. After completion, consider leaving a review.

  • Confirm completion only when you are satisfied with the full delivery.

  • If something goes wrong (late, incomplete, or not as agreed), open a dispute from the order page so the transaction stays protected.

  • Keep communication on-platform. It keeps everything documented for support and disputes.

Do / Don’t

  • Do: write your request clearly (goal, platform/region where relevant, timeframe, any constraints).

  • Do: compare offers and ask questions before paying if something is unclear.

  • Do: open a dispute quickly if delivery is not as agreed.

  • Don’t: confirm completion early “to be nice” or because you’re pressured to.

  • Don’t: move the trade to Discord/WhatsApp/email.
