This article explains how item and currency offers are measured, priced, and delivered on igitems. Use it before you buy to avoid quantity mistakes and to know what to do if delivery is incomplete.
When this applies
You are buying in-game items (single items or multiple quantities).
You are buying in-game currency (often sold in fixed “units” like 100K / 1M).
The offer shows a minimum purchase, purchase increments, stock limits, or volume discounts.
How to buy items or currency safely
Identify how the offer measures quantity.
Items may be priced per item with a selectable quantity.
Currencies are often priced per “unit”, where 1 unit equals a fixed amount (for example 1M). Your total equals units × unit amount.
Some currencies are sold as fixed packages (pre-defined amounts) instead of custom amounts.
Some currencies may be discounted when you buy more. See: Volume Discounts.
Read the offer requirements before paying.

What information must you provide
Any platform/region restrictions
Compare offers using the same unit.
For currencies, compare price per unit (not just the cart total).
If the offer has volume discounts, confirm the discount applies at your quantity and understand the final total before checkout.
Place the order and keep communication on-platform.
Use the order chat to share the required delivery details and to coordinate delivery timing.
Do not move to external contact methods; off-platform communication can reduce protections.
Verify delivery, then confirm.
Count items or confirm the in-game currency amount received matches the offer quantity.
Only confirm delivery after you received the exact amount in full.
If delivery is missing/partial/not as described, open a dispute from the order page.
Key points
Units matter: for many currency offers, “quantity” means units, not the raw currency amount.
Minimums and increments: some offers require a minimum quantity and/or only allow multiples (for example, 5, 10, 15 units).
Volume discounts: discounts scale with quantity and can change the effective price per unit.
Confirm last: confirming delivery is your signal that the order is complete.
Use disputes for problems: disputes freeze funds while the issue is resolved.
Do / Don’t
Do: double-check unit size, compute your total, and screenshot key offer details before delivery.
Do: ask questions in the order chat if the unit/minimum/increment is unclear.
Don’t: confirm delivery before you verify the full amount.
Don’t: move delivery or negotiation to Discord/Telegram/WhatsApp or private email.
