Where you see it
On most offers, the price on listings and product pages is the seller's price. The service fee is added at checkout, and the cost breakdown shows item price, service fee and total before you pay.
Accounts: the price shown already includes the service fee. The price on the listing is the price you pay.
Game keys, gift cards and top-ups from the igitems Keys store: no service fee. The price shown is final.
How much it is
Usually 7–10% of the item price, depending on the category. The total is rounded to an amount ending in .89.
Very small orders have a minimum fee, so on an order of a few dollars the fee is a larger share of the price.
Paying with crypto lowers the fee, and IG+ members get a discount on it.

If your order is refunded
To your igitems wallet: you get back everything you paid, including the service fee, plus a 5% wallet bonus (up to $10 per order). There is no bonus on orders you paid from your wallet.
To your original payment method: you get back everything you paid, including the service fee. If you ask for a refund without a real problem with the product (for example, you changed your mind), the transaction fee your payment provider charged us (usually 2–5%) is deducted.
