• Review Rating: Calculated from buyer reviews collected over the last 360 days. It captures buyer satisfaction and feedback.

• Dispute Rating: Assesses your professionalism and cooperation during disputes within the past 180 days. Resolving disputes directly with the buyer results in an automatic rating of 5. Calculation Method

To compute your community rating, we first average your review rating and your dispute rating separately. These averages are then combined to form the community score, with the Review Rating weighted four times more heavily than the dispute rating. This weighting underscores the greater importance of customer feedback while still acknowledging how you handle disputes.
