To help buyers identify sellers with high cancellation rates, we display a public warning on the profile of sellers whose seller-fault cancellations exceed acceptable levels. The warning is fully automatic and updates once per day.
The Two Warning Levels
Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
Very High Cancellation Rate | You are one step away from the most severe warning. |
Extremely High Cancellation Rate | Most severe. Displayed prominently on your profile. |
What Counts as a Cancellation
Counted: Refunds due to undelivered, unavailable, or defective orders. Suspended orders. Refunds without a clearly recorded reason.
Not counted: Refunds where the buyer changed their mind or refused the order without seller fault.
Chargebacks: Count double compared to a standard cancellation.
Category Thresholds
Cancellation rates are measured separately per product category. If any single category exceeds the threshold, the warning appears.
Category | Very High | Extremely High |
|---|---|---|
Accounts | ≥ 14% | ≥ 20% |
Currencies, Items, Templates | ≥ 18% | ≥ 22% |
Topups | ≥ 25% | ≥ 30% |
Services (boosting, coaching, profiles) | ≥ 14% | ≥ 20% |
Categories with fewer than 20 orders in the last 6 months are not evaluated and cannot trigger the warning.
How the Rate is Calculated
Only the last 6 months of orders are used.
Recent orders count more heavily than older ones. Orders older than 2 months gradually fade in weight.
Cancellations from long ago do not keep hurting you forever.
Removing the Warning
Get below the threshold. Once every one of your categories drops below its Very High level, the warning is removed on the next daily update.
Fresh downgrades have a 3-day delay before the badge appears, giving you time to correct course.
Removal is immediate. There is no waiting period on the way down. As soon as the daily update shows you below the threshold, the badge is gone.
Practical Notes for Sellers
Your worst category drives the warning. A clean main category will not offset a bad rate in a smaller side category.
Buyer-fault refunds do not hurt you. Making sure the correct reason is recorded during dispute resolution matters.
Outages and mass events can be excluded. If a provider outage, mass ban wave, or platform-wide issue caused a batch of cancellations, contact support to request exclusion from the metric.
Low volume freezes your tier. Sellers with fewer than 10 orders in the last 30 days cannot be downgraded, but also stay on their current tier until activity returns.
By focusing on delivery quality, resolving buyer issues promptly, and ensuring correct refund reasons are recorded, sellers can avoid the warning and keep their profile clean.
