Professionalism | All communication must remain professional and respectful. Baseless accusations or unnecessary escalation of arguments is not tolerated. |
2. Seller Rules
2.1 Prohibited Seller Actions
Delivering a product or service outside the transaction; refusing to use igitems’ order system.
Asking buyers to confirm order fulfillment before actual delivery.
Creating invalid offers (wrong pricing or misleading information).
Duplicating offers to spam listings.
Ignoring buyer communications.
Using automated delivery for items/services that require manual work or communication.
2.2 Prohibited Product / Service Types
Products obtained by illegal means (hacking, account compromise, etc.).
Personal data, private information.
Malware, unlicensed software.
Content associated with spam, illicit promotion, or gambling.
Reselling accounts in bulk when not personally created.
3. Dispute & Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must respond to buyer concerns and support requests in a timely manner.
If a buyer receives a product that violates terms (illegal acquisition, banned content by game publishers, etc.), seller may be required to issue full or partial refunds.
For services: if results are significantly different from what was promised (e.g. game boosting, account stats change, item loss), compensation or refund may be necessary.
4. Consequences of Violations
Warnings for first-time minor offenses.
Temporary suspensions of listing access, withdrawals, or account features.
Permanent suspension for serious or repeated violations.
Payout freezes or cancellation of orders in dishonest or illegal situations.
5. Special Conditions
ID verification or further proof may be required if activity seems suspicious.
Sellers may be blocked from certain categories or features if past violations found.
Offers in certain categories (like digital items, account sales, etc.) may have extra rules or restrictions.
