Auto-confirm times:

  • Unverified sellers: 14 days

  • Verified sellers: 4 days

⚠️If no delivery is detected, the system will not auto-confirm. In such cases, use Report an Issue to open a dispute and get staff assistance.

Order Confirmation

  • If a seller confirms delivery and the buyer does not respond, the system will auto-close the order.

  • Never confirm delivery until the buyer has full control of the item.
