You can upload images for multiple offers at once using the Bulk Image Upload feature. It automatically matches uploaded images to your existing products based on filenames.

How It Works
Set up images for bulk upload. (See below)
Go to the New Offer section in your seller dashboard.
Select the Game → Category → Bulk Upload → Upload Images.
Upload one or more image files — the system will match them automatically.
Images are linked to offers by their filename automatically, but you have multiple options to name your images to match the offers.
Matching Method | Description |
|---|---|
Product title match | Image name matches the exact offer title. (Not recommended — minor differences in punctuation or spacing will prevent matching.) |
Product ID match | Image name matches the internal Product ID. (Requires manual lookup, not recommended until we let you quickly export product IDs.) |
Reference ID match (recommended) | Image name matches the custom Reference ID you entered when creating the offer. Best for sellers managing large databases. |
File Requirements
Type | Details |

File naming | The name must exactly match one of the accepted identifiers (without the extension). |
Example | If your offer title is “Sword of Fire”, name your image Sword of Fire.jpg. |
Notes & Tips
Only titles, descriptions, and filters can be uploaded with the product CSV — images must be added separately here or manually.
You can bulk upload as many images as you like at once.
Incorrectly named files will be ignored.
