Give your team access without sharing passwords

You can connect other igitems users to your store and let them help you manage it securely. Teammates use their own accounts and do not get access to withdrawals or sensitive settings.

When this applies

  • You run a store and want teammates/employees to help with daily operations.

  • You want to avoid sharing your password or full account access.

  • You want to delegate specific tasks like messages, orders, or product work.

How it works

  1. Go to your account settings → Store Access

  2. The store owner invites a user by email.

  3. The user accepts the connection.

  4. The owner assigns permissions.

Available permissions

  • Manage messages (enabled by default)

  • Close orders / open disputes (enabled by default)

  • Upload products

  • Edit & delete products

  • Boosting & offers

Key points

  • Minimum seller level 30

  • Both users must be verified.

  • Connected users cannot run their own stores.

  • Connected users only see messages & notifications of the main store.

  • No access to withdrawals or financial settings.

Do / Don’t

  • Do: invite teammates to use their own igitems accounts.

  • Do: assign only the permissions they need for their role.

  • Don’t: share your password to “give access” to store tasks.

  • Don’t: connect unverified users.
