Registration and listing offers are free.
We charge a fee for sold products, which includes a fixed fee and a percentage of the order price.
- These fees are used to operate our dispute system, pay for advertisements, and the improvement of the platform. We update the platform weekly and are looking to heavily increase our marketing programs in 2025.

Fee structure

Certain categories occasionally may have slightly differing fees. Exact details are always displayed at the end of the product upload process.

Test seller (ID not verified)	+5% igitems fee	We require all sellers to verify their ID, however below 400 USD you may choose to test the selling process without verification.
Highlight offer (Increased offer visibility)	Variable based on seller level	You may choose to increase the visibility of your offers by promoting them. They will shown in the front, only competing with other highlighted offers.
Gifts	Fixed 95% goes to the seller	Gifts are a special type of payment, for which the seller receives nearly all of the profits. Please do not accept as a form of payment for services.

Once the customer placed an order you will be required to deliver the product.
Following the delivery you & the buyer most confirm the completion.
Once confirmed your share goes to your pending and rolling balances to ensure customer safety.
After a short delay the pending and rolling balances become available for withdrawal. This is in place to ensure that buyers have adequate time to notice & report potential issues during the delivery, however they are free to report issues at any point afterwards as well.
