Failed Withdrawals

  • After your withdrawal request is processed, the withdrawal address provided may be invalid or incorrect, or the account could not receive payments.

  • Failed withdrawals are cancelled & the funds are returned to your account as a credit. You can review them under the Credits & Charges section.

  • This is most common for certain Payoneer accounts, therefore we have created a specific article to address this Payoneer issue.
