Withdrawal rules

  • Minimum withdrawal is $3 USD.

  • Temporary per-request maximums: Crypto $5,000, Volet $1,500, WebMoney $1,500.

  • Only one open withdrawal request is allowed at a time. Wait for the current one to be processed before submitting another.

  • Password (and 2FA if enabled) is required to submit a withdrawal.

  • Limited accounts have a 28-day cooldown from the most recent warning before withdrawals are possible again.

Failed Withdrawals

  • After your withdrawal request is processed, the withdrawal address provided may be invalid or incorrect, or the account could not receive payments.

  • Failed withdrawals are cancelled & the funds are returned to your account as a credit. You can review them under the Credits & Charges section.

  • This is most common for certain Payoneer accounts, therefore we have created a specific article to address this Payoneer issue.
