Community Rating
The community rating of sellers is used to represent their trustworthiness on a scale of 1-5.
It isn't a simple average of the reviews received. We take many factors into account:
Average of reviews from the last 12 months
Professionalism during recent disputes
Number of reviews
Sellers with a better rating are generally more trustworthy and/or better liked by our users.
Community labels & details
Community Labels are selected by people who purchased from the seller after completing a trade. The labels most commonly chosen are highlighted in the seller's profile.
If you switch to the reviews tab, you can see the full community sentiment, including labels, dispute performance, order success rate, and more.
To make the best-informed decision, we encourage you to review the seller you purchase from in detail, it can help see a more complete picture. All information is displayed unfiltered and unaltered, exactly as reported by our users. We take great care to maintain the integrity of the review process and strictly remove users who attempt to accumulate fake reviews through cheap orders.
