At igitems.com, anyone is allowed to sell the sale and purchase of in-game products, provided they adhere to our guidelines. These guidelines sometimes require verification for both sellers and buyers.

  • Sellers need to submit personal details and verify their phone number. When listing products totalling 400 USD or more, identity verification is also needed.

  • Buyers, upon purchasing products worth 400 USD or more, must verify their phone number. In certain situations, or marketplaces, identity verification may also be required. Failure to verify can result in a refund and undelivered service.

Purchase Process

  • Search & Filter:

    • Browse products.

    • Use filters to match platform, region, and game mode.

  • Select Product:

    • Review product details.

    • Add to cart.

  • Purchase:

    • Complete the payment.

    • Await seller's delivery timeframe or communication.

  • Check Delivery:

    • Once received, verify the product or service.

    • Ensure it matches what you paid for.

  • Mark as Complete:

    • After verification, click “Product received”.

  • Leave Feedback:

    • Consider reviewing the seller to aid the community.

  • Browse & Choose:

    • Select the appropriate boosting service.

    • Wait for boosters' bids and discuss with potential sellers.

  • Select a Booster & Pay:

    • Agree on terms, select your booster, and finalize the payment.

  • Coordinate & Monitor:

    • Discuss with your chosen booster and monitor the progress.

  • Verify Service & Protect:

    • Ensure account safety. Avoid sharing email change rights.

  • Confirm & Review:

    • Once boosting is complete, click “Product received”.

    • Leave feedback for your booster.

Account Security

  • When using boosting services where a booster logs into your account, prioritize your account's safety.

    • Always ensure sellers cannot modify the e-mail address linked to your account.

  • Seller Selection:

    • Exercise caution when engaging with sellers who have no previous orders on igitems. It's best to work with reputable sellers with a track record on the platform.

  • Account Safety Reminder:

    • Your account's security is paramount. Remember, if your account is banned, igitems cannot assist in its recovery.

    • It's wise to use boosting services only for accounts you're confident you can retrieve if they're compromised.

  • Communicating About Boosting:

    • Avoid mentioning to game developers or other players about purchasing boosting services. Such actions often breach game regulations and can lead to account suspension.

    • While some suspensions may be reversible with adequate account recovery information, others might be permanent.

Always engage in boosting services with full awareness of potential risks and the importance of safeguarding your account.

Issues

  • Common Delivery Issues:

    Seller's unresponsiveness after purchase.

    • Denial to deliver the product/service.

    • Premature request to confirm delivery.

    • Product/service not matching the description.

    • Only partial delivery or not getting full access.

    Starting a Dispute:

    • If any issue arises with your purchase, click the red “Report an issue” button next to the “Product received” option. This initiates the dispute process for the order.

    Dispute Resolution:

    • Igitems initially promotes a resolution directly between the buyer and the seller.

    • Dispute chats occur within the order page, and while a dispute is open, the regular order chat is disabled.

    Escalation:

    • If either party remains unresponsive or an agreement is not reached within 24 hours, the dispute may be escalated.

    • Automatic escalation occurs if there is no update from either party for 3 days or in the event of a chargeback initiated through the buyer’s bank.

    Information Gathering:

    • Our staff may ask for additional details to thoroughly understand the situation. This process is strictly for ensuring a fair outcome and is not personal.

    Dispute Updates:

    • Disputes are categorized into two statuses once escalated: "Waiting for reply" (awaiting igitems staff input) and "Answered" (awaiting response from the user).

    • Escalated disputes are revisited regularly, ranging from several times a day to every few days, depending on the specifics of the situation.

    Enforcement of Decision:

    • If a mutual resolution is not achieved, igitems will determine the next course of action based on the gathered information.

    • Decisions are enforced promptly to ensure fairness and satisfaction.

    Additional Features:

    • Buyers can now upload PDF files in disputes to provide additional evidence or details.

    • Notifications for new disputes and messages in ongoing disputes are automatically sent to ensure you are always updated.

What NOT to Do on igitems

Contacting game developers

  • Contacting the developers of the game in regards to business such as account selling conducted through igitems may be highly dangerous for the account, as such activities are generally prohibited in the games

    • If you do end up in a situation, where contacting the developers may not be avoided only do so with the advice and consent of the other party (seller / igitems staff)

External Contact

  • Avoid Direct External Communication: Do not engage with users outside the igitems platform.

    • igitems cannot guarantee safety or take responsibility for activities that happen outside of the platform.

    • Interactions outside of igitems void the warranty related to trades made on the site.

    • External communication can lead to platform suspension for all involved parties.

  • Avoid Sharing External Information: Refrain from sharing or referencing social media details, unrelated businesses, or external contacts.

    • This includes messages, profile bios, product details, and usernames. Breaching this guideline can lead to suspension.

Delivery Confirmation

  • Wait Before Confirming: Always ensure you've received the full product or service before confirming the delivery.

    • If a seller pressures you to confirm before delivering the complete order, always decline and consider opening a dispute for your safety.

Reporting Issues

  • Be Genuine in Your Reports: Only report valid concerns or issues. Falsifying problems in an attempt to jeopardize a seller's reputation is fraudulent behavior and can lead to warnings or platform suspension.

Payment Concerns

  • Refrain from Chargebacks: Avoid initiating chargebacks through your bank.

    • igitems offers robust protection for buyers. Utilize the dispute system or reach out via LiveChat for assistance with purchase concerns.

    • Unwarranted chargebacks are seen as fraudulent activity and might lead to legal repercussions.

Account Settings Overview

Phone and Email

  • Phone Verification: Opt to verify your phone number. This allows you to receive SMS notifications and engage in trades above 400 USD.

  • Email Modification: You have the flexibility to change your registered email address.

Verification Process:

  • ID Verification: We partner with the Sumsub system for ID verification.

    • Encountering problems? While we trust Sumsub for their expertise, you can still contact us on Discord for queries, but generally decisions are not overturned.

    • It is recommended to complete the ID verification from using your phone!

  • Encouraging Reporting: We urge our community to report discrepancies. If there's a dispute linked to an order, funds are inaccessible to the seller until resolution.

  • Order Completion Protocols: Forgot to confirm a completed order? You'll get reminders before the system auto-completes it. Within this window, you can flag any issues via the dispute system.
