Templates Basics

Unlike for most product types, such as accounts or classic items, in some categories you can’t freely upload anything to, only what is already set up by igitems. In these categories, igitems would upload offer templates with a fixed title, image & certain filters already selected.
We differentiate the different template types based on the settings they permit:

• Currencies & Items that are sold in larger quantities come with a pre-defined quantity per unit, such as 100K Coins / 1 offer quantity. This type is explored in this article.

• Top-ups & Unique items let you upload offers to our pre-defined offers that can be sold one-by-one.

• Customizable templates allow you to change certain settings while uploading, while still requiring you to use the pre-defined title & image provided by igitems.

About Currency & Quantity-Item Templates

This template type is used for products sold in batches.
A batch (or unit) represents a stack of items or currency with a fixed quantity, usually defined as 10ⁿ — for example: 10, 1K, 100K, 1M, 100M, or 10B.
When selling batched items, the total amount is calculated by multiplying the number of units by the quantity per unit.
For instance, selling 10 units of Capital Gold with a 1M quantity per unit means you’re selling 10 × 1M = 10,000,000 Gold in total.
This structure ensures that all offers are priced consistently based on the same unit quantity, making it easy for buyers to compare deals.
Offers uploaded by sellers are ranked under the same Template according to:

• Seller rating & level

• Sales performance in the category

• Best(lowest) price

Upload Process

• Start the product upload process

• Select game & product type

  • You may choose to bulk-upload the products to speed up the process

• Set delivery speed to a realistic timeline based on your general availability & completion speed

• Choose which category to upload templates to (in other words: sort filter settings set by igitems for the templates)

• Select a template to upload the offer to from the selected category

  • You may choose to upload offers to multiple Templates at once. When doing so, the same price & description will be applied to all offers you uploaded at the same time.

• Price: Set the price per 1 Unit. In the case of our example, 1 unit equals 1 Million (1M) Gold. This means you set the price per 1 Million Gold. You may choose to force buyers to buy more than 1 million in a later setting (Min Purchase Amount)

• Stock: You can set the maximum amount you can sell of each item, considering your stock.

  • If your supply never runs out, set a HIGH number & enable auto-restock.

• Volume Discounts: Offer buyers progressively increasing discounts as they purchase larger quantities, with the percentage scaling smoothly between your set minimum and maximum thresholds.

• Minimum Purchase Amount: Set the smallest quantity buyers can purchase in a single order, ensuring transactions meet your preferred minimum value or delivery size. (Remember Purchase amount is multiplied by the Quantity / Unit)

• Incremental Selling: Allow buyers to purchase only in fixed multiples of your minimum purchase amount, providing structured, predictable quantities and transparent pricing.

• Maximum purchase amount: You may restrict how much buyers can buy in a single order. This is especially useful if the game does not allow larger transfers in a short period or if you need time to replenish your stock.

• Text fields

  • ⚠️You can’t enter a title; it’ll be copied from the Template(s) you’re uploading offers to!

  • Hidden Identifier can still be set so you can track sales in your own Database, if you have one.

  • You may still provide a description for buyers to explain the details/delivery process for your offer.

    • Do NOT

      • Share private contact information!

      • Links to external sites! (Any site other than igitems)

        • Hiding links by adding spaces in between is a rule violation and not acceptable!

    • ⚠️You may NOT provide a description that goes against the idea of the template you uploaded offers to! (For example: If you uploaded an offer for Fortnite VBucks through Topup delivery, you can’t advertise it in the description as an account or gift card!)

• Rent a sponsored slot: This is the highlight feature of this product type. It lets you advertise your product to more buyers.

• Duration: You may set the lifetime of the offer; this is true for accounts as it is for other offer types. Longer offer durations become available at higher seller levels.

• Image upload

  • ⚠️This feature is unavailable for Templated offers.

  • The image will be copied from the template set by igitems!
