Steam Gift Card/Wallet Activation
To activate your Steam gift card, you'll need the Steam Client installed. You can download it here.
First, grab your code from your igitems orders page.
Open the Steam Client and log in to your Steam account.
Click "View my wallet" from the drop-down menu (your account name).
On the Steam Wallet page, click "Redeem a Steam Gift Card or Wallet Code".
Paste your Steam Gift Card code in the Steam Wallet Code field, then click Continue.
Note: Steam Wallet cards must match the currency of your account. Check the gift card restrictions on the product page before purchasing.
