Set up 2FA
Install an authenticator app on your phone.
Open Account Settings in your igitems dashboard.
Select Enable Two‑Factor Authentication and scan the QR code.
Enter the 6‑digit code to confirm setup.
Lost 2FA Access
If you lost your 2FA access, you won’t be able to log in to igitems.
To resolve the issue, you will have to disable 2FA on the account.
Proceed to the login, enter your e-mail address & password.
At the 2FA screen, select the “Lost 2FA” Option.
You’ll be able to disable it using your phone number & e-mail address.
