  • Solution First: Always ensure your issue is solved and you received full access to the item purchased before closing the dispute.

  • Seek Solutions: Work proactively with the seller to solve the problem, don’t judge too soon, we all make mistakes sometimes.

  • Gather Information: Collect any relevant information and share it with our team. Any information could prove useful and let the seller present their side of the story to reach a solution that suits both parties.

  • Explain Your Side: Provide your perspective without accusing the seller of lying, don't let the argument become personal, it will make a beneficial solution that much more difficult.

  • Pay attention: Focus on smooth transactions to avoid issues and don't hesitate to ask, if something is unclear.

  • Compromise: If the seller was unable to resolve the issue we suggest looking for a compromise or an alternative solution.
