  • After opening a dispute you and the seller are given a period to resolve the hiccup.

  • 24 hours after opening the dispute, if the issue is not yet resolved, both you and the seller are able to escalate the dispute to igitems, whenever you feel necessary.

  • Escalated disputes land with our team, who jump in to mediate a solution

  • We recommend avoiding personal attacks against the other party, as that will make it much less likely that a mutually favourable outcome is reached.

  • Collect & supply information: Inform our team of any relevant aspects that might help us better understand your side.

  • Seek solutions: Sometimes things donโ€™t go the way either party wanted. We recommend giving the other party a chance to explain their side of the story and resolve the matter with your help.
