The Report System

Minimum seller level 50 required.

You may report things using the flag icon placed next to them.

It is designed as a secondary support system, allowing experienced members to request investigations by our officials.

⚠️ Reports are reviewed once only. Submitting the same issue multiple times is considered an abuse of the system.

For urgent issues, you may still use LiveChat or the Dispute system.

Report a review

Reviews are not removed simply because a seller disagrees with the content. Buyers are free to share their experience and expectations. At igitems we want to make sure the review system remains fair and impartial.

Reviews are only removed if:

• The order was delivered without issues, and no clear reason could be found for the buyer's dissatisfaction

• The reviewer did not provide a reason for their dissatisfaction

• The order & review was created by a seller with the intention to gain an unfair advantage

Report a product

Products are removed if they:

• Violate igitems’ seller guidelines, or

• Were obtained through illegal means.

Report a Seller

Sellers may be warned or penalized if sufficient evidence shows they:

• Breached igitems’ seller guidelines,

• Uploaded fraudulent products, or

• Attempted to defraud other users.

Report a Category / Game Type

We welcome feedback on marketplace setup. You may suggest:

• Adding, updating, or removing filters,

• Correcting outdated settings.
